New facilities for staff and students at Clancy Catholic College
Member for Werriwa Anne Stanley opened the new general and specialised learning spaces and refurbished facilities at Clancy Catholic College which will improve student educational outcomes.
Work on the development project was delivered with support of Australian Government funding of $2,565,243 through the Capital Grants Program.
“These new facilities will provide school staff, teachers and students at Clancy Catholic College with better, more modern spaces in which to work, teach and learn.”
“The Australian Government is committed to providing all schools with appropriate funding so that all students, including the approximately 1221 students at Clancy Catholic College, West Hoxton, get the best possible education.”
The new facilities will benefit current students as well as the many who will follow in future years.
“The teachers, staff and students at Clancy Catholic College have built a strong and positive school community and these new facilities will further enhance our local educational opportunities.”
“A lot of work has gone into this project which has delivered new general and specialised learning spaces as well as the refurbishment of existing spaces to expand staff facilities and improve the art learning areas” Ms Stanley said.
